Client Registration
No registration form required. However brokers must physically accompany clients to the initial showing to qualify for commission payment. NO EXCEPTIONS
Showings
Randaccio sales consultants are responsible for showing homes and communities to the client. Brokers can make an appointment with the Randaccio Builder sales consultant responsible for showing the home or community by filling out the inquiry form on the Contact page.
Commission Payments
Randaccio Builders pays commission on new build and completed homes as per the amount noted in the listing agreement in the MLS. Commission is calculated off the base price of the home and is paid at closing. If closing does not occur for any reason, no commission will be due or paid.
